Stage 1 – Assembly
Assemble all of the machines and install working, compatible operating systems. Although using Windows is a necessity on two of the machines, the rest of the Farm should run Linux as the more stable option.
Stage 2 – Confuguration
Configure File Sharing between Windows/Linux and Linux/Linux.
Stage 3 – Virtualisation
Install a virtual solution, enabling Windows to be run sufficiently to run the Render clients if no Linux version of that client can be found.
Stage 4 – Operation
Woohoo! Use the system and do some serious creation.
