Windows XP Pro

Status

This is my main workstation. Here I will be initiating Rendering and controlling the network. Inevitably, as a Windows machine it falls over regulalrly but it is still quite nippy. I can feel another re-install coming on though. Windows users will know what I mean by this! Eventually I will either dual-boot Windows XP/Ubuntu or run Ubuntu and virtualise XP. This will be the last machine to sort out as the rest of the LAN has to be setup so that I can distribute some data around and clear some of the rubbish of my main machine. I am so happy with how Ubuntu is running on Render PC1 that I can’t wait to see how it performs on the dual core.
